02 cup of vinegar
01 table spoon dry coriander, roughly crusbed
01 medium onion , in quarters 1/4 cup olive oil
pepper, freshly ground
Boil eggs for about 30 minutes until hard and then shell . season eggs with the salt,peppers and dry coriander. place half of the eggs in a dry sterilised jar and top them with half of the onion pieces. continue with the remaining eggs and onion. cover eggs with the vinegar and fill jar to the top with the olive oil. close jar firmly and keep in a cool place. Before serving, cut each eggs into quarters or in round slices and drizzle with a little olive oil.
